Refund policy
CleanContract uses a bounded refund-review policy tied to the promised research scope.
When review is required
For an accepted paid screen, refund review is required when the selected official source materially changes before delivery or when the delivered screen omits a promised mapped component.
When delivery may be blocked
Incomplete official evidence or a source that cannot be rechecked may block delivery while the issue is reviewed. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
